1. Information Users Provide

The current prototype of Trenvorin does not have member accounts and does not collect information that users provide through registration.

When member functionality is implemented, Trenvorin may collect information that users provide, such as an email address, a username if used, account credentials, account preferences, and communications sent through Trenvorin (for example, support or contact messages). Until that functionality is active, no such information is collected.

2. Account Information

Free-member accounts, once implemented, will require appropriate account and authentication information. Passwords will not be stored in plaintext; they will be handled using accepted authentication practices to be finalized before launch. This section describes planned functionality only.

3. Automatically Collected Technical Information

Hosting and security systems involved in serving the website may process technical information such as IP address, browser type, device information, date and time, pages requested, and application or security logs. This draft does not claim that any particular collection mechanism, tool, or retention practice is already in place beyond what the current prototype actually requires to operate.

The specific technical information collected, and the systems that process it, will be documented once final infrastructure and security providers are selected. Unavoidable technical processing required to serve and secure the website is distinct from any future analytics or advertising tracking, which is described separately below.

4. Cookies and Similar Technologies

Trenvorin may use cookies and similar technologies for different purposes, including essential, session, or security cookies required for the Service to function; preference cookies that remember user choices; analytics technologies that measure usage; and advertising technologies that support displaying and measuring ads.

Actual cookie usage and any required consent mechanisms must be updated once specific services are selected. This draft does not claim that analytics or advertising cookies are currently active on the prototype.

5. How Information Is Used

Where information is collected in the launch version, potential purposes may include: operating the Service; authenticating members; providing requested features; securing accounts; improving Trenvorin; sending required account messages; providing optional communications where permitted; detecting fraud or abuse; and meeting legal obligations.

The current prototype operates as an information-only website and does not collect member-provided information for these purposes.

6. Communications and Notifications

Future Trenvorin communications may include required service communications such as account verification, password recovery, security notices, important account notices, and essential service notices.

Optional communications may include feature announcements, Trenvorin updates, and other optional member communications where permitted. Optional communications should eventually provide appropriate preference or opt-out controls where required.

Promotional email, SMS, push notifications, or other marketing communications are not currently operational. This section describes planned functionality only.

7. Analytics

Analytics may be added later to measure site and feature performance. When an analytics service is selected, the Privacy Policy will identify that service and describe its relevant practices before launch. No analytics provider has been named in this draft because one has not yet been selected.

8. Advertising

Trenvorin's free service is intended to contain advertising in approved areas. Advertising architecture and the display of advertisements are separate from the processing of personal data. The rotating-advertisement functionality itself does not require personal tracking, and advertising architecture and advertising-related personal-data processing are treated as separate concepts.

No advertising network or provider has been selected. Before public launch, this Privacy Policy must be updated to accurately describe: the selected advertising provider; relevant cookies or similar technologies; information processed by the advertising system; applicable privacy choices; and applicable consent requirements.

9. Third-Party Services

Trenvorin may use third-party providers for functions such as hosting, database, authentication, email delivery, analytics, advertising, AI and API services, and market data. The final Privacy Policy must identify material providers and their practices where required. Specific providers have not yet been selected and are not named here.

10. User Inquiries and AI Processing

Trenvorin plans to support member-specific inquiries submitted to AI-assisted functionality. User-specific inquiries are a distinct system, separate from public Articles, separate from Blog & Updates, and separate from general public Market Intelligence content. A member's private inquiry must not automatically become a public Article, Blog post, platform update, or publicly displayed Market Intelligence content.

When AI inquiry functionality is implemented, user inquiries may need to be processed by Trenvorin systems and potentially by selected AI/API service providers in order to generate responses. No AI provider has been selected.

This section describes planned functionality only. The final Privacy Policy must be updated to explain: what inquiry information is transmitted; which provider or providers process it; whether inquiries are stored; how long inquiries are retained; whether members can delete inquiry history; whether inquiry information is used for service improvement; and what privacy and security controls apply.

11. How Information May Be Shared

Trenvorin does not sell users' personal information.

This does not prevent appropriate and necessary disclosure or processing involving service providers acting on Trenvorin's behalf, or disclosures required for legitimate purposes such as: operating the Service; security; fraud prevention; legal compliance; responding to lawful legal process; and business transfers where legally applicable.

Ordinary service-provider processing is not a sale of personal information. The final Privacy Policy must accurately describe the selected advertising and analytics technologies once known, and this draft does not make unsupported promises concerning future advertising or privacy-law definitions of "sharing."

12. Data Retention

Personal information should be retained only as long as reasonably necessary for its stated purpose, legal obligations, security, fraud prevention, and legitimate business requirements. Actual retention periods will be finalized and documented before launch once the relevant systems and legal requirements have been established.

13. Data Security

Trenvorin intends to use reasonable technical and organizational safeguards to protect information. However, no system can guarantee absolute security, and Trenvorin does not represent that the Service is immune to all security risks.

14. Member Privacy Rights and Choices

Depending on the jurisdiction that applies to a user, privacy rights or choices may include access to information, correction, deletion, communication preferences, cookie choices, and other privacy controls required by applicable law. This section does not claim that every privacy right applies universally; applicable rights depend on the user's jurisdiction and the final services offered.

15. Account Deletion

When member accounts are implemented, Trenvorin intends to provide members with a method to request or initiate deletion of their account. Account deletion is a planned requirement of the membership system.

Account deletion is not currently available because member accounts have not yet been implemented.

Deletion may be subject to limited retention where information must legitimately be retained for purposes such as: legal obligations; security; fraud prevention; dispute resolution; and enforcement of applicable agreements.

Actual deletion and retention periods have not been established. The account-deletion process must be documented once the membership system is implemented.

16. Children's Privacy

The planned Trenvorin member account eligibility requirement is 18 years of age or older. Users must be at least 18 years old to register for a Trenvorin member account.

Publicly accessible informational portions of Trenvorin may remain viewable without registration, subject to applicable law.

Trenvorin does not knowingly permit individuals under 18 to create member accounts. The registration system should eventually enforce or require confirmation of the 18+ eligibility requirement. Registration enforcement is not currently active because member accounts have not yet been implemented.

17. International Visitors

Trenvorin may be accessible internationally. Additional privacy requirements may apply depending on the visitor's jurisdiction, and the final Privacy Policy will account for applicable obligations once the relevant services and jurisdictions are confirmed. This draft does not claim compliance with a specific international privacy regime until the applicable requirements and implementation have been evaluated.

18. Third-Party Links

External websites linked from Trenvorin have their own privacy practices. Trenvorin is not responsible for the privacy practices or content of those third-party sites.

19. Changes to the Privacy Policy

This Privacy Policy may be updated as Trenvorin adds new functionality or providers. Material changes should be communicated where required, such as through a notice or, where applicable, a renewed acceptance flow or additional privacy choices.
